2. ARTISANAL NATURE AND PRODUCTS

  • Product Variations: All of our bird feeders, squirrel feeders, and home decor items are handcrafted pieces using various materials (such as ceramic, teacups, wood, and silver). Due to their artisanal nature, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, wood grain, or details compared to the images displayed on the website may occur.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or cancel orders based on the availability of handcrafted supplies and materials.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION

  • Process and Approval: Custom orders require written confirmation of design details, materials, and dimensions before production begins.

  • Custom Order Cancellation Policy: Once the manufacturing process or acquisition of specific materials for a custom order has commenced, cancellations or returns are not accepted, unless the product exhibits manufacturing defects unrelated to its artisanal character.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

  • Currency: All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars ($ USD).

  • Sales Tax: In accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. economic nexus regulations, sales tax will be calculated and collected during checkout based on the customer’s shipping address.

5. SHIPPING AND LOCAL DELIVERIES

  • Local Deliveries (San Antonio, TX): Local deliveries or coordinated pickups in San Antonio, Texas, are subject to prior agreement regarding meeting location, date, and time between the customer and Creaciones Agapé.

  • Nationwide Shipping: Estimated delivery times are provided by third-party shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not liable for shipping delays resulting from extreme weather conditions, address errors provided by the customer, or carrier disruptions beyond our direct control.

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Return Period: For standard, non-personalized products, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where products arrive damaged due to transit.

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing customer support with attached photographs of the damaged package and product.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

  • Intended Use: Our decor pieces and wildlife feeders are designed exclusively for their intended use (outdoor/indoor garden or home decor). Creaciones Agapé shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, alteration, or improper handling by the customer.

  • "As-Is" Provision: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, our products are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use.
